Privacy

This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to archemesh.com, the Archemesh app and our assistant, Arche.

Who is responsible

[Ahmed Roshdy, sole proprietor, Cairo, Egypt / the registered company] is responsible for personal data collected on this website. For data that passes through your tools (for example, your customers' messages), you are responsible for that data and we process it only on your instructions, as your service provider.

Contact: privacy@archemesh.com.

What we collect

When you contact us, join a waitlist or build a plan: your name, email, business name, country and anything you choose to write to us.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email, your language, the wording you agreed to and when, and whether you confirmed. We only send the newsletter after you click the confirmation link, and every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.

When you chat with Arche: the messages you send in that chat, so it can answer (they are sent to the AI model provider through OpenRouter and are not stored by us). To limit how much each visitor can use Arche, we count messages per day under a one-way code made from your connection and browser; it can't be turned back into your IP address and is deleted after 30 days. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

When you use the app: your account details, your settings, and records of what your tools did, such as runs, messages handled and invoices.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare your invoice, provide and support the tools you ordered, keep the service secure, send the newsletter if you asked for it, and meet legal obligations such as keeping invoices. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending them. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your customers' messages to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to run Archemesh, under agreements that protect your data: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Supabase (database), Resend and Brevo (email), OpenRouter and the AI model providers it connects to (AI answers), and the payment provider you pay through. The full list is kept up to date on request at privacy@archemesh.com.

Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

Contact and waitlist messages: up to [12] months after our last conversation. App data: while your workspace is active; a workspace that is suspended or not renewed for 6 months is deleted (after warnings 30 and 7 days before), and a deletion you request is done within [7] days. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period the law requires. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe; we then keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so we never email you again by mistake. Arche: we do not store chat messages; daily message counts (no IP addresses) are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law, the UAE and Saudi data protection laws, and the GDPR for visitors in Europe, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@archemesh.com and we will reply within the time the law requires.

Cookies

This website uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering your light or dark theme in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell clients by email.
